How long does it take after purchase before I can access my Trimble Connect license?
Most of the times, your license should be ready for you to access within an hour or so. However, this also depends on the day and time you purchase. For example, if it is late in the day (towards 4-5pm AEST), we may not be able to process and set up your subscription until the following morning.
If your purchase is on a late Friday afternoon, or during the weekend, then your order will only be processed on the following Monday morning (if there is a public holiday, the order will be processed on the next business day).

What is the subscription term?
The subscription term is for a period of 12 months from the date of your purchase. When you purchase your subscription, by default, it is set to auto-renewal. This means once your subscription reaches expiry, it will auto renew so you can continue your subscription without interruptions.
How do I opt out of auto-renewal ?
You may opt out of the auto-renewal by logging into your Billing Account on the Trimble Connect Australia website, managing your subscriptions, and cancelling the relevant subscription. See Update Trimble Connect Australia Billing Details and Renewals
Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription ?
There are no partial refunds if you stop using your subscription before the end of the term.
However, you do have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to request a full refund for your Trimble Connect subscription. After 14 days, you cannot obtain a refund.

What is the difference between Trimble Connect Business and Trimble Connect Business Premium subscriptions ?
The main differences are you get access to additional advanced features for Trimble Connect Business Premium subscriptions namely Status sharing, Property Sets, Organizer and Workflow Extensions. For a full comparison between the subscription plans, please see Connect Licensing.
I’ve heard about Trimble Connect’s Pro and Innovate subscriptions. Why aren’t you selling them here ?
Pro and Innovate are the equivalent of Business and Business Premium respectively. Pro and Innovate are currently sold only via the US eCommerce platforms with storage restrictions and Object Management feature.
Except for a few minor differences, Business and Business Premium offer the same features to meet your Trimble Connect requirements.
Note: Business and Business Premium subscriptions offer unlimited file storage while Pro and Innovate offer limited storage of 10GB and 20GB respectively. See Connect Licensing.
